JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville community is mourning the tragic loss of Billy Clark Foster, 38, who passed away on February 2, 2026, after sustaining multiple stab wounds in a violent altercation in Orange Park, Florida.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Foster was involved in a dispute in the parking lot of the Cypress Pointe Apartment Complex, located at 25 Knight Boxx Road. After being stabbed, he drove across the street to the Winn-Dixie at 1339 Blanding Boulevard, apparently seeking help. A passerby discovered him inside the vehicle and called 911.
Deputies and Clay County Fire Rescue responded immediately, providing emergency medical care. Foster was transported to a local hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
